I hate dealing with police officers even if I don't have a problem with them at the moment. I typically have a problem with their attitudes... even when they're off duty.

The transcript reads like an electroplay scene.

Also from the further reports I think the cop might need an anatomy lesson.  "On" and "In" are not the same thing.
