This Tatsunoko vs Capcom stick looks pretty hot...

... Too bad it's, you know, kinda pointless.

If you get one I'll sell you my HRAP2 if you like.

Guess this as good a place and time to bring up the fact that I'm interested in getting an arcade stick. I guess a HRAP2 is my best bet? Obviously, I want it for all the current and upcoming games for the 360, but there's still plenty of PS2 games that I'd want it for (like the upcoming PS2 release of Melty Blood 2).
How much you will to sell yours for? And how much do they cost in general? I think I saw one in Chinatown, new, for $100. That a good deal?
Though I'd much rather have a smaller, more personalized stick like your DoDonPach one. Want some extra money Dave? Build me one, just like yours, but with Hermione!

Haha, a Hermoine stick. Katie would never forgive me. $100 in chinatown isn't so bad since you would be saving on shipping, but if you want mine used, you could get it for less. It's not a good bet for the 360 though since the converters suck. There's really no good solution for both 360 and other systems.

Aww, his and hers creepy celebrity joysticks. It would make fighting game matches between you two just a little more interesting.

Alright, back to the key issue at hand: get a stick for the PS2 or 360?
If I got one for the 360, it would be used towards...
Street Fighter 4
Soul Calibur 4 (lol, I know)
Tekken 6
Virtua Fighter 5
BlazBlue (I guess)
But for the PS2, I've got...
Street Fighter 3
Street Fighter Alpha (all of them)
Darkstalkers (all of them)
Sengoku Basara
KOF XI and all the other KOFs for the system
Arcana Heart
Melty Blood 1 & 2
that wacky Fist of the Northstar fighter from Sega
Tekken 5
Virtua Fighter 2
Virtua Fighter 4
and a bunch of shumps

Difference between Pro-Ex-SE and Pro-EX is that first one features Seimitsu parts, other has Sanwa (
Pro-EX for $99
).

Wasn't $60 the original retail price of that?

Yep $59.99, this looks like cheaper hori ex2 arcade stick without branded parts. A lot of people complained that they tend to "stick" in random direction for about half a second from time to time.

Yeah a few minutes after I posted that I Googled That For Me and saw that I had the stick colors wrong in my head about which one was the pricey nice one and which one was the cheap one.
edited to add: I haven't liked fighting games in a long time, but lately I've been playing SF3:Third Strike (I think that's the name) on the MAME cabinet at work, and starting to get back into it. Which leads, naturally enough, to thinking about getting a stick for further experiments in getting my ass handed to me.
