literary rickroll

[dhex]

i have to hand them this:

http://www.amazon.com/Dantes-Inferno-Dante/dp/0345522230/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1267060043&sr=1-1

that's straight up classic.

[dmauro]

Damn, did 4chan do that? That's tight.

BTW, I have a copy of that edition, with the video game cover, in case anyone wants it. EA sent to me, along with the game, plus an action figure.

Also, believe it or not, the game is not half bad! I think I mentioned it before and elsewhere, but I don't mind it being a GoW clone, since I can't stand the aesthetics of that game one bit.

i wonder though if they got any kids who love the game to ask for the book for xmas or whatever.

who knows? the harry potter books are long as shit (the whole series is about 4k pages, right?) so maybe this will engender a new era of appreciation for classical italian literature.

ok, not really.

[dmauro]

Oh wow, so that's real. Man I hope we get to see some sales figures on that.
