ran over by cars?
Bike Messenger + Texting + Pothole = phone sitting in the middle of the road until I was able to loop back and get it.  I saw it get hit twice, once over my shoulder and the other when I was coming up to it again.

*edit*I just noticed how black my trackball is, that's pretty damn gross.

shit. that's some serious build quality there.

also balls of steel for messaging while messenger-ing.

gonna go hit the verizon store this afternoon for lunch. i'm thinking i get the 250mb/month data plan and that should be groovy, as i'm mostly going to be dealing with word and excel docs and pdf files. even if i dick around using the gps to find lunch or whatever i can't see that breaking more than 150mb even with major back and forth.

overall, i like it. contact syncing sucks (it replaced a bunch of contact pictures with one single image but was otherwise flawless?) and i just found out i have to drop an extra 12 bucks / month for enterprise access in order to even peek at work email (blows) but whatever.

it definitely is criminal that blackberry's desktop tools aren't more robust, but seeing as the device is only now beginning to try and straddle the line between consumer and professional concerns, and most office environments would be using outlook anyway, etc etc and so forth.

multitasking is nice, though.

The BlackBerry is great and all, but it might never be able to compare to the fun that the iPhone and its apps are able to provide...

there are definitely downsides to wired police departments.

i'm not entirely sure why anyone even bothers making blackberry games. outside of a few puzzlers and, apparently, tiltris, which is supposedly great.

i am kind of surprised that no one has any java-based roguelikes for blackberry. they'd seem like the perfect companion to long business trips.

dear lord calendar syncing with this thing is awesome. it sucks because i go to about six meetings a week now but i never get caught flat footed anymore because i'm out in the hospital somewhere instead of being bored to death by some nonsense that won't even come near fruition.
