... Was already excited before I found out Garry FUCKING Shandling was involved. Now anticipation has increased 50 fold. And lol at Terrence Howard for acting like a bitch, and getting himself kicked off the movie as a result. Don Cheadle in return is MUCH better anyhow. Also glad they're doing War Machine kinda early, even though it could have easily waited till part 3.

I also still have my doubts over Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow... she's smoking hot but not the greatest actress in the world... but my fingers are crossed. Also, should really see the new Hulk movie, since Ed Norton is back as Bruce Banner.

Who's the villain with the flaming whips?

That's Whiplash, who is somewhat of a B-grade Iron Man villain in the comics, but in the movie, he's a bit of a combination of that and fellow Russian Crimson Dynamo, an A-grade villain in the books. But because his armor is super close to the Iron Monger that already appeared, I can somewhat understand the need to mix things up.
