Anyhow, I'm hardly a techie, but I certainly miss how it used to feel. Plus, its employees had to be knowledgeable by default. I recently had to run all over town looking for a part that I would have been able to find there, but no longer. Everyone that I tried kept saying "Have you tried Radio Shack?
