There's tons of live recordings, and they're easily downloadable if you know where to go, but I'd much rather see them in action than just hear them.
It's also another fine example of how Tommy Tallarico's Video Game Music Live totally misses the point; why in the hell should anyone play top dollar to listen the theme from Halo performed by an orchestra when that's how it sounds exactly in the game? I think the biggest mistake I see fans do whenever they make these games is show the damn thing off before it's even ready for release. Doing things like that usually catches the litigation arms of the corporations' eyes a little easily than making it in silence and then silently releasing it into the public sphere. Then what's worse is when you get people complaining about said corporations strong arming the fan developers into a cease and desist order in order to protect their IP. There is some weird, warped, sense of friendship and familiarity for these people with a specific brand. Which is what most brands want since it keeps people coming back to them, but creates a false sense of comfort in a fan space. Personally, I think if these people have the technical know how to make a game they should make their own IP even if the game itself is more of a homage to the game they are a fan of. See if they can do anything art and story-wise better than what they love. I'm a fan of quite a few games and series. But, I'm not going to obsess every waking moment of them that I just have to do something with that world. To be honest, that's always been one of my favorite things about games, the stuff that comes at the end of a hardware's lifecycle, when the really good shit starts to pop up by select few that knows the platform, inside and out. Something which rarely happens anymore, or at the very least, isn't as impressive as... say... Virtua Racing for the Genesis. At 1080p I got about 3 fps, and at 480p I only even got 30fps at best. And there were graphical glitches. Guess I'll stick to the Wii.

The lack of black bars at the top and bottom was also very nice.
The lag with button inputs... not so much! Again, recommend me a HDTV in which my composite stuff won't look like shit and I'll put my money down (since sets these days are really cheap). You can get TV sets that don't have display lag, it all depends on whether or not they want to make the upscalers work quickly or not. TVs that have a "game mode" usually take care of that problem. It's not about the display itself, but the parts inside that do the processing.

He combined a lot of different martial arts in pretty neat ways. I didn't like the capoeira part at all though, and the arm bar stalemate carried on a little too long.
