Despite my opinions of the Wu Tang, or perhaps because of it, I've been morbidly curious about his new book.

... Which I must admit made me laugh. But he's honestly no different than the street cub philosophers you see littered across Harlem. Someone will have to tell me what he thinks about gay people, which I'm assuming is also a riot.

i suppose it fits into the general genre of "post-five-percenter" thought.

i'm pretty sure the ancient Egyptians wouldn't have enjoyed that whole "one god (the others are manifestations)" thing very much.

his views on gay people are...uhh, well, he doesn't seem to outright hate them, so that's ok.  but his view seems to lack any kind of logic.

i much prefer when he sticks to talking about Wu Tang-related things.  so...wasn't planning on getting the book and still don't.

One doesn't have to passionately hate something or someone to still have completely dumbfuck attitudes about them. Just saying.

Also, I don't know why it's taken me so long to realize that, on a fundamental level, there's virtually no difference between this guy and your average animu/Marvel comics zombie. Except the Rza could kick all their asses, which I guess is the key difference.

i would generally consider the rza's personal combat skills on par with his theological and biological knowledge levels.

he is also something of a musical genius.

It's an interesting, and frustrating, genre.
