Gonna stop by later today to see what's left.

They claim that either they did not got any in stock (lol) or that all the copies they had in store were reserved for pre-orders (and will be on hold for 6 days - which of course means - till the deal is over). Some stores also will make it impossible for you to get Brutal Legend (using techniques listed above).
Let me know which store you'll be going to, but the only one in walking distance from my work is on Union Square. That means by the time I get there all the stock will be gone (I preemptively blame the kids who will be selling these games on Ebay and tourists for that), but to be honest aside from being mildly interested in Uncharted 2 there is nothing awesome (at least for me) coming out this week. Didn't end up getting any games at Amazon, but every single Curb Your Enthusiasm DVD was like $14, which I absolutely had to snatch (sorry Mike), along with Akira on Blu-ray, despite having a SD set. I'll just watch it at Joe's. Haven't got the chance to test it out yet, but it's less bulky than my old HRAP 2 and packaging was kinda neat.
