Title: guido follies
Post by: dhex on July 11, 2009, 01:11:14 AM
long white station wagon from the future a la scion.

located in the back rear window: shocker sticker i.e. the fingerbanging method beloved of idiots.

they get very emotional when they bro-fight. i think one guy was crying between threats to "break another window".

the only proper nouns are variations on the n-word.

that last bit puzzles me the most.

Us: Group of six girls on the way to astor place.

Them: Resplendent orange lad in screenprinted, black pinstripe button-down finery, fauxhawk of solid onyx, unremarkable friends who seemed embarassed to know him.

Our troubles began when one of us was crying and being comforted by another. Orange Lad asks if she's okay, he hates to see pretty girls cry.

He then proceeds to dazzle us for the rest of our ride.

- Do you girls want to go to a party?
- Where are you from?
- You draw tattoos? Do you do spiders? Can you give me a spider in a web on my bicep?
- Do you girls want to go to a party?
- Where are you going?
- Do you like my hair? Do I look like some kid of rocker?
- How about a drink? (Gestures classily to paper bag)
- You should party with us.
- Do I get a hug too? Why wont you hug me?
- Party with us!
- You're a lesbian? I'm a lesbian too!

I'm pretty excited for when I get to witness the guidos lurking around FIT dorms in attempts to score fashion school pussy with my own eyes. I feel like it's a rite of passage.

Mike:  why does the last part confuse you?  hating black people is an essential part of guido culture.  except when it comes to stealing their music and occasionally fashion sense.  and when they secretly want to date black women but know their parents would kick their asses (as confided to me on a summer night in Long Island's beautiful bar scene in Freeport).

atomu:  giving the boy a spiderweb tattoo would have done the majority of the world a huge favor as anyone who would recognize it for what it actually is (a white supremacy dealy) would probably murder him.

because it's a bit like if all your friends were named joe but joe was some kinda racial slur.

and seriously it's just weird, you know?

the best part of things like this is trying to figure out how many kids they already have with various mothers around long island and SI.
