... Then again, I forget who explained it to me, how Obama taking over the White House has done little the shut the troofers up as I had expected.

Crazy don't go away.  Crazy just shuffles the narrative until it fits the current circumstance as well.

I wonder if anyone has done an accounting of how much cash has been generated by the Truther Industry on DVD sales, book sales and events.

well...at least as far as the most famous documentary to come out of that corner goes, it's largely been a loss. shockingly not so hot with the finances.

as for mr. jones, et al...who knows?

i walked through a truther protest on my way home from work yesterday. only recognized a few cats, including the kid with the megaphone who was trying to keep everyone one cohesive group.

"TRUTHERS! SLOW DOWN!"

I secretly hope that Alex Jones and David Icke make a fair chunk of change because I have fleeting fantasies about trying to convince them to fund an FPS that fits into their worldview.

Poked the "Loose Change" folks earlier.  They're refusing to release their numbers.

The estimated budget for the version coming out on the 22 is $1m.

The first three versions combined were around $210k. What the source of the bump for this particular DVD release I'm not sure of. I know they're doing more to internationalize this release which may be getting factored into the costs.
