General rule of thumb is to have a nice, clear ADULTS ONLY label on the cover. I personally think anything bagged is not a good idea when its not nicely arranged on a small press comic table, but just tossed on a shelf with so many other books vying for one's attention, and without a creator to help sell the product. If anyone is offended, well that's what the warning is for.
