Just though I'd threw this out here for anyone interested; I know matt at least is into the occasional weird thing.

But Anonymous is planning a protest against Scientology this August 15th.  Most likely to have costumes, memes and pamphlets.

In case you have no clue why, these are the people who have been protesting Scientology these past 2 years.

Here's the thread if your interested, you may have to sign up thoguh to see it.

Seriously? 4channers are still going after Scientology? I thought they quietly gave up that fight by going after some other group or person? Oh wait, yeah, AT&T.

Then again, and most people forget this, but there are levels in 4chan, and maybe these guys are so distant from the core group that they're just massively behind the times. Then again, these are New Yorkers, so I expect better.

At the very least, I miss the days where you could walk in and listen to the seminar and get that free sandwich. This was both the days before they had such a negative stigma and Time Out New York writing about it, for another one of their "great eats in NYC" articles for white people, ruining yet another nice little thing.

Anyhow, you gonna be there to take pics EarlMadness?

I was seriously creeped out when I visited the L Ron Hubbard Museum. With this lady who had a Spock hair cut as our tour guide, the weird animatronics and at the end of the tour a massive L Ron Hubbard picture.

But, they did have air conditioning. So, I guess that was a positive to a hot LA day.

Actually, I really need to include this in the article I'm writing, but there are groups in Anon;  Some frequent 4chan alot, others rarely.  Some for the protests, some against and some still fighting and some eho moved on.

But regardless, you know man:)  I wana get some newer pictures of stuff before college and I wanna get them to sign the photo book I had made of the protests I followed last year.  Note:  need silver marker.
